Brotherhood sessions were created to deliver men with their 'Daily Essentials', to exercise the mind, body & soul, and start the day in the best possible way. In each session, we train with intent, breathe to be present, communicate with confidence and explore our consciousness with acceptance. We are so much more than just men's fitness.

In Spartan Strong you can expect a gym-based session, focussing on conscious and controlled movements with a holistic approach. Attention to detail, technique, and posture are paired with strength and conditioning fundamentals to optimise muscle growth and injury prevention.
A personal training approach is implemented to a group fitness setting and members can rest assured knowing two professionally qualified trainers will be present in every session.
